I, RICHARD BRUTON, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 889 of the section 142 of the Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Act 2015 (No. 2 of 2015) hereby make the following regulations: |

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Act 2015 (Fees) Regulations 2015. |
||
2. The fee to be paid to the registrar of companies on application pursuant to section 142 (2) of the Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Act 2015 is €15. |

The purpose of these Regulations is to prescribe the fee payable to the Registrar of Companies by an investment company who seeks to deregister as a company following its registration as an Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicle (ICAV). |
