Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 23rd June, 2015.

I, RICHARD BRUTON, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 889 of the section 142 of the Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Act 2015 (No. 2 of 2015) hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Act 2015 (Fees) Regulations 2015.

2. The fee to be paid to the registrar of companies on application pursuant to section 142 (2) of the Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Act 2015 is €15.

The purpose of these Regulations is to prescribe the fee payable to the Registrar of Companies by an investment company who seeks to deregister as a company following its registration as an Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicle (ICAV).
