The Government, on the request of the Minister for Justice and Equality and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2 (1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Justice and Equality (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2015. |
||
|
2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Justice and Equality conferred on her by- |
||
|
(a) sections 1(3C), 2(5), 2A(2), 2B, 2D(4), 4, 5, 6A(3), 9(1D), 11(5), 12A, 13, 15(2), 16, 17, 18 and 20 of, |
||
|
and |
||
|
(b) paragraphs 6, 7, 8(1) and 9 of the Second Schedule to, |
||
|
the Data Protection Act 1988 (No. 25 of 1988) are delegated to Dara Murphy, Minister of State at the Department of Justice and Equality. |

|
