Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 26th June, 2015.

I, RICHARD BRUTON, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (4) of the Friendly Societies and Industrial and Provident Societies (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2014 (No. 19 of 2014), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Friendly Societies and Industrial and Provident Societies (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2014 (Part 4) (Commencement) Order 2015.

2. The 1st day of July 2015 is appointed as the day upon which Part 4 of the Friendly Societies and Industrial and Provident Societies (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2014 (No. 19 of 2014) comes into operation.

This Order provides that Part 4 of the Friendly Societies and Industrial and Provident Societies (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2014 will come into force on the 1st day of July, 2015.
