Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 21st July, 2015.

I, BRENDAN HOWLIN, Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 (2) of the Valuation Act 2001 (No. 13 of 2001) and the Finance (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 418 of 2011 ), hereby make the following regulations:

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Valuation Act 2001 (Case Stated for High Court) (Fee) Regulations 2015.

(2) These Regulations come into operation on 20 July 2015.

2. The fee payable by a party requiring the Tribunal to state and sign a case for the opinion of the High Court under section 39 (2) of the Valuation Act 2001 shall be €380.

3. The Valuation (Case Stated for High Court) (Fee) Regulation 1988 ( S.I. No. 331 of 1988 ) is revoked.
