I, BRENDAN HOWLIN, Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 (2) of the Valuation Act 2001 (No. 13 of 2001) and the Finance (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 418 of 2011 ), hereby make the following regulations: |

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Valuation Act 2001 (Case Stated for High Court) (Fee) Regulations 2015. |
||
(2) These Regulations come into operation on 20 July 2015. |
||
2. The fee payable by a party requiring the Tribunal to state and sign a case for the opinion of the High Court under section 39 (2) of the Valuation Act 2001 shall be €380. |
||
3. The Valuation (Case Stated for High Court) (Fee) Regulation 1988 ( S.I. No. 331 of 1988 ) is revoked. |
