Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, ALAN KELLY, Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 8 of the Climate Action and Low Carbon Development Act 2015 (No. 46 of 2015), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Climate Action and Low Carbon Development Act 2015 (Establishment Day) Order 2016. | ||
2. The day appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the Climate Action and Low Carbon Development Act 2015 (No. 46 of 2015) is 18 January 2016. | ||
