Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 (1) of the Public Transport Act 2016 (No. 3 of 2016), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Change of Name of Railway Safety Commission to Commission for Railway Regulation (Appointed Day) Order 2016. | ||
2. The day appointed for the purposes of section 4 (1) of the Public Transport Act 2016 (No. 3 of 2016) is 29 February 2016. | ||
