CHILD CARE (AMENDMENT) ACT 2015 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER 2016 | ||
Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 29th April, 2016. | ||
The Minister for Children and Youth Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 16 (3) of the Child Care (Amendment) Act 2015 (No. 45 of 2015), hereby orders as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Child Care (Amendment) Act 2015 (Commencement) Order 2016. | ||
2. The 26th day of April 2016 is appointed as the day on which sections 1 , 10 , 11 and 12 of the Child Care (Amendment) Act 2015 (No. 45 of 2015) come into operation. | ||
