Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, FRANCES FITZGERALD, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 16 (3) of the Bankruptcy (Amendment) Act 2015 (No. 60 of 2015), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Bankruptcy (Amendment) Act 2015 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2016. | ||
2. The 1st day of June 2016 is appointed as the day on which the Bankruptcy (Amendment) Act 2015 (No. 60 of 2015) shall, insofar as it is not already in operation, come into operation. | ||
