Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015 (No. 5 of 2015), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015 (Commencement) Order 2016. | ||
2. The 1st day of January 2017 is appointed as the day on which Part 4 of the Regulation of Lobbying Act 2015 (No. 5 of 2015) comes into operation. | ||
