Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

The Government, on the request of the Taoiseach and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach) Order 2016. | ||
2. Mark O’Doherty, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of the Taoiseach, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Regina Doherty, Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach, with effect from 6 May 2016. | ||
