Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, MARY MITCHELL O’CONNOR, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Credit Guarantee (Amendment) Act 2016 (No. 1 of 2016), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Credit Guarantee (Amendment) Act 2016 (Commencement) Order 2016. | ||
2. The 1st day of October 2016 is appointed as the day on which the Credit Guarantee (Amendment) Act 2016 (No. 1 of 2016), insofar as it is not already in operation, shall come into operation. | ||
