Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 10th January, 2017. | ||
I, MICHAEL NOONAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 25 (2) of the Finance Act 2016 (No. 674 of 2016), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Finance Act 2016 (Section 25(1)) (Commencement) Order 2016. | ||
2. The 1st day of January 2017 is appointed as the day on which section 25 (1) of the Finance Act 2016 (No. 674 of 2016) shall come into operation. | ||
