Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, DENIS NAUGHTEN, Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 3 of the Communications Regulation (Postal Services) (Amendment) Act 2017 (No. 3 of 2017), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Communications Regulation (Postal Services) (Amendment) Act 2017 (Commencement) Order 2017. | ||
2. The 21st day of March 2017 is appointed as the day on which the Communications Regulation (Postal Services) (Amendment) Act 2017 (No. 3 of 2017) shall come into operation. | ||
