I, SIMON COVENEY, Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 3 and 21 of the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2009 (No. 22 of 2009) (as adapted by the Environment, Community and Local Government (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2016 ( S.I. No. 394 of 2016 )), hereby make the following regulations: | ||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Social Housing Assessments (Summary) Regulations 2013 (Revocation) Regulations 2017. | ||
2. The Social Housing Assessments (Summary) Regulations 2013 ( S.I. No. 26 of 2013 ) are revoked. | ||

EXPLANATORY NOTE | ||
(This note is not part of the Instrument and does not purport to be a legal interpretation.) | ||
The purpose of these regulations is to revoke S.I. No. 26 of 2013 which prescribed the form to be used by housing authorities in preparing summaries of social housing assessments in accordance with section 21 of the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2009 . |
