Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 13th June, 2017. | ||
I, MARY MITCHELL O’CONNOR, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Companies (Accounting) Act 2017 (No. 9 of 2017), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Companies (Accounting) Act 2017 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2017. | ||
2. The Companies (Accounting) Act 2017 (Commencement) Order 2017 ( S.I. No. 246 of 2017 ) is amended by the substitution of the following Article for Article 3: | ||
“3.Subject to Article 4, the 9th day of June 2017 is appointed as the day on which the Act of 2017, other than section 80, shall come into operation.”. | ||
