Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, CHARLES FLANAGAN, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13 (2) of the Criminal Justice Act 2017 (No. 14 of 2017), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act 2017 (Commencement) Order 2017. | ||
2. The 14th day of August 2017 is appointed as the day on which sections 1 , 3 , 5 , 6 , 8 , 9 , 10 and 13 of the Criminal Justice Act 2017 (No. 14 of 2017) shall come into operation. | ||
