I, CHARLES FLANAGAN, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 4 and 21 of the National Vetting Bureau (Children and Vulnerable Persons) Act 2012 (No. 47 of 2012), hereby make the following regulations: | ||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Vetting Bureau (Children and Vulnerable Persons) Act 2012 (Section 21) (Prescribed Period) (Amendment) Regulations 2017. | ||
2. The National Vetting Bureau (Children and Vulnerable Persons) Act 2012 (Section 21) (Prescribed Period) Regulations 2016 ( S.I. No. 223 of 2016 ) are amended in Regulation 2 by the substitution of “30 April 2018” for “31 December 2017”. | ||
