Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, KATHERINE ZAPPONE, Minister for Children and Youth Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 16 (3) of the Child Care (Amendment) Act 2015 (No. 45 of 2015), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Child Care (Amendment) Act 2015 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2017. | ||
2. The 31st day of December 2017 is appointed as the day on which the Child Care (Amendment) Act 2015 (No. 45 of 2015), other than section 13 and Part 1 of Schedule 1 in so far as those provisions relate to the amendments specified in items 1, 2, 6 and 9 of that Part of that Schedule, in so far as it is not already in operation, comes into operation. | ||
