The Government, on the request of the Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation) Order 2017. | ||
2. Lucy Moylan, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Enterprise and Innovation, 23 Kildare Street, Dublin 2, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation with effect from 30 November 2017. | ||
3. Pauric McPhillips, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Enterprise and Innovation, 23 Kildare Street, Dublin 2, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation with effect from 30 November 2017. | ||
