I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 22 (2) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (No. 23 of 2014), following consultation with the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform and the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment, and believing it to be desirable to do so in the interests of supporting economic activity and employment, hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (Specified Sector) Order 2018. | ||
2. In this Order “postal services” has the same meaning as in section 6 of the Communications Regulation (Postal Services) Act 2011 (No. 21 of 2011). | ||
3. The postal services sector is specified as a sector within section 22(1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (No. 23 of 2014). | ||
