Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 1st June, 2018. | ||
An Post, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 23 of the Post Office Act, 1908 and Section 70 of the Postal and Telecommunications Services Act 1983 , hereby makes the following Scheme: | ||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Postal Money Order (No. 3) Regulations 2018. | ||
2. In these Regulations unless the context otherwise requires: | ||
“The No. 2 Regulations” means the Postal Money Order (No. 2) Regulations, 2003 ( S.I. No. 29 of 2003 ). | ||
3. Schedule One of the No. 2 Regulations is hereby repealed and replaced with Schedule One of these Regulations. | ||
4. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 4th day of April 2018. | ||
