National Shared Services Office (Delegation of Functions) Order S.I. No. 267/2018

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 27th July, 2018.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 9 (1) of the National Shared Services Office Act 2017 (No. 26 of 2017), and having had regard to the matters specified in section 9(3) of that Act, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Shared Services Office (Delegation of Functions) Order 2018.

2. In this Order, “Act of 2017” means the National Shared Services Office Act 2017 (No. 26 of 2017).

3. The functions specified in column (2) of the Schedule opposite the reference to a public service body in column (1) of the Schedule are delegated, in respect of the public service body, to the National Shared Services Office.
