Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, CHARLES FLANAGAN, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Criminal Justice (Corruption Offences) Act 2018 (No. 9 of 2018), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Corruption Offences) Act 2018 (Commencement) Order 2018. | ||
2. The 30th day of July 2018 is appointed as the day on which the Criminal Justice (Corruption Offences) Act 2018 (No. 9 of 2018) shall come into operation. | ||
