Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 21st September, 2018. | ||
The Government, on the request of the Minister for Finance and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Finance) Order 2018. | ||
2. Ed Brophy, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Finance, Government Buildings, 14 — 16 Upper Merrion Street, Dublin 2 on 12 February 2018, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Finance with effect from 12 February 2018. | ||
