Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 25th January, 2019. | ||
I, RICHARD BRUTON, Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Radiological Protection (Amendment) Act 2018 (No. 8 of 2018), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Radiological Protection (Amendment) Act 2018 (Commencement) Order 2019. | ||
2. The 25th day of January 2019 is appointed as the day on which the Radiological Protection (Amendment) Act 2018 (No. 8 of 2018) shall come into operation. | ||
