Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, EOGHAN MURPHY, Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 of the Local Government Act 2019 (No. 1 of 2019), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act 2019 (Transfer Day) Order 2019. | ||
2. The 31st day of May 2019 is appointed as the transfer day for the purposes of the Local Government Act 2019 . | ||

EXPLANATORY NOTE | ||

This Order provides that, for the purposes of the Local Government Act 2019 , the transfer day on which the boundary of Cork City Council and Cork County Council will be altered is 31 May 2019. |
