Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 29th March, 2019. | ||
I, HEATHER HUMPHREYS, Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 15 (2) of the Personal Injuries Assessment Board (Amendment) Act 2019 (No. 3 of 2019), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Personal Injuries Assessment Board (Amendment) Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2019. | ||
2. The 3rd day of April 2019 is appointed as the day upon which the Personal Injuries Assessment Board (Amendment) Act 2019 (No. 3 of 2019) shall come into operation. | ||
