Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, EOGHAN MURPHY, Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 31L (inserted by section 4 of the Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2018 (No. 16 of 2018)) of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (No. 30 of 2000), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Planning and Development Act 2000 (Part IIB) (Establishment Day) Order 2019. | ||
2. The 3rd day of April 2019 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of Part IIB (inserted by section 4 of the Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2018 (No. 16 of 2018)) of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (No. 30 of 2000). | ||
