Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” 5th of April, 2019. | ||
I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 7 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (No. 39 of 2000), and with the consent of the Minister for Health, hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (State Authority) Order 2019. | ||
2. Children’s Health Ireland is prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 7 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (No. 39 of 2000). | ||
The Minister for Health consents to the foregoing Order. | ||
