Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 23rd April, 2019. | ||
I, MICHAEL CREED, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 (4) of the Sea-Fisheries (Amendment) Act 2019 (No. 9 of 2019), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Sea-Fisheries (Amendment) Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2019. | ||
2. The 23rd day of April 2019 is appointed as the day on which the Sea-Fisheries (Amendment) Act 2019 (No. 9 of 2019) shall come into operation. | ||
