Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, KATHERINE ZAPPONE, Minister for Children and Youth Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 30 (2) of the Childcare Support Act 2018 (No. 11 of 2018), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Childcare Support Act 2018 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2019. | ||
2. The 2nd day of September 2019 is appointed as the day on which the Childcare Support Act 2018 (No. 11 of 2018) shall, insofar as it is not already in operation, come into operation. | ||
