Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 31 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (No. 23 of 2014), and with the consent of the Minister for Health, hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (State Authorities) (Amendment) Order 2019. | ||
2. The National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (State Authorities) Order 2015 ( S.I. No. 486 of 2015 ) is amended, in the Schedule, by the insertion of “Children’s Health Ireland”. | ||
The Minister for Health consents to the foregoing Order. | ||
