Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 19th July, 2019. | ||
I, CHARLES FLANAGAN, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 8 (3) of the Parental Leave (Amendment) Act 2019 (No. 11 of 2019), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Parental Leave (Amendment) Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2019. | ||
2. The 19th day of July 2019 is appointed as the day on which the Parental Leave (Amendment) Act 2019 (No. 11 of 2019) shall come into operation. | ||
