Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, CHARLES FLANAGAN, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 5 (2) of the Redress for Women Resident in Certain Institutions (Amendment) Act 2019 (No. 26 of 2019), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Redress for Women Resident in Certain Institutions (Amendment) Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2019. | ||
2. The 31st day of July 2019 is appointed as the day on which the Redress for Women Resident in Certain Institutions (Amendment) Act 2019 (No. 26 of 2019) shall come into operation. | ||
