Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, CHARLES FLANAGAN, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 10 (2) of the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act 2019 (No. 27 of 2019), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2019. | ||
2. The 4th day of September 2019 is appointed as the day on which the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act 2019 (No. 27 of 2019) shall come into operation. | ||
