Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 10th December, 2019. | ||
I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 7 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (No. 39 of 2000), and with the consent of the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government, hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (State Authority) (Office of the Planning Regulator) Order 2019. | ||
2. The Office of the Planning Regulator is prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 7(1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (No. 39 of 2000). | ||
The Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government consents to the foregoing Order. | ||
