Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, CHARLES FLANAGAN, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 5 of the Judicial Council Act 2019 (No. 33 of 2019), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Judicial Council Act 2019 (Establishment Day) Order 2019. | ||
2. The 17th day of December 2019 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Judicial Council Act 2019 (No. 33 of 2019). | ||
