Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, Heather Humphreys, Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 5 (3) of the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2019 (No. 21 of 2019) hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2020. | ||
2. The 1st day of February 2020 is appointed as the day on which the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2019 (No. 21 of 2019) comes into operation. | ||
