Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, EOGHAN MURPHY, Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph (a) of subsection (2) of section 1 of the Emergency Measures in the Public Interest (Covid-19) Act 2020 (No. 2 of 2020), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Measures in the Public Interest (Covid-19) Act 2020 (Part 3) (Commencement) Order 2020. | ||
2. The day on which this Order is made is appointed to be the day on which Part 3 of the Emergency Measures in the Public Interest (Covid-19) Act 2020 (No. 2 of 2020) shall come into operation | ||
