Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, CHARLES FLANAGAN, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 40 (3) of the Coroners (Amendment) Act 2019 (No. 29 of 2019), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Coroners (Amendment) Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2019. | ||
2. The 16th day of September 2019 is appointed as the day on which the Coroners (Amendment) Act 2019 (No. 29 of 2019), other than sections 8, 21, 23, 24, 25, 36 and 39(d), shall come into operation. | ||
