Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, HELEN MCENTEE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13 (3) of the Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) (Amendment) Act 2021 (No. 2 of 2021), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) (Amendment) Act 2021 (Commencement) Order 2021. | ||
2. The 14th day of April 2021 is appointed as the day on which the Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) (Amendment) Act 2021 (No. 2 of 2021) shall come into operation. | ||
