Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, NORMA FOLEY, Minister for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13 (2) of the Education (Leaving Certificate 2021) (Accredited Grades) Act 2021 (No. 8 of 2021), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Leaving Certificate 2021) (Accredited Grades) Act 2021 (Commencement) Order 2021. | ||
2. The 2nd day of June 2021 is appointed as the day on which the Education (Leaving Certificate 2021) (Accredited Grades) Act 2021 (No. 8 of 2021) shall come into operation. | ||
