I, HEATHER HUMPHREYS, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 17 (5) of the Criminal Justice (Perjury and Related Offences) Act 2021 (No. 13 of 2021), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Perjury and Related Offences) Act 2021 (Commencement) Order 2021. | ||
2. The 28th day of July 2021 is appointed as the day on which the Criminal Justice (Perjury and Related Offences) Act 2021 (No. 13 of 2021) comes into operation. | ||
