Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 3rd August, 2021. | ||
I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Counterfeiting Act 2021 (No.16 of 2021), following consultation with the Minister for Justice, hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Counterfeiting Act 2021 (Part 3 and sections 28 and 31)(Commencement) Order 2021. | ||
2. The 3rd day of August 2021 is appointed as the day on which Part 3 and sections 28 and 31 of the Counterfeiting Act 2021 (No. 16 of 2021) shall come into operation. | ||
