I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in accordance with the powers conferred on me by section 4 (2) of the Valuation Act 2001 (No.13 of 2001), and the Valuation Office and Valuation Tribunal (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order 2017 ( S.I. No. 575 of 2017 ), as adapted by the Housing, Planning and Local Government (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2020 ( S.I. No 408 of 2020 ), hereby make the following amendment to the Valuation Act 2001 (Application to Commissioner) (Fees) Regulations 2015 ( S.I. No. 303 of 2015 ); | |||||
1. This Regulation may be cited as the Valuation Act 2001 (Application to Commissioner) (Amendment of Fees) Regulations 2021. | |||||
2. These Regulations come into operation on 1 September, 2021. | |||||
3. The Valuation Act 2001 (Application to Commissioner) (Fees) Regulations 2015 ( S.I. No. 303 of 2015 ) is amended by deleting Regulation 4(a). | |||||
4. The Schedule to the Valuation Act 2001 (Application to Commissioner) (Fees) Regulations 2015 ( S.I. No. 303 of 2015 ) is amended by deleting for the matter set out at reference No. 1 the following: | |||||
