Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 26th October, 2021. | ||
I, HEATHER HUMPHREYS, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 of the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2021 (No. 14 of 2021), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2021 (Section 7) Regulations 2021. | ||
(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on the 22nd of October 2021. | ||
2. The sale or supply of intoxicating liquor in an outdoor seating area within the meaning of paragraph (b) of the definition of “outdoor seating area” is not permitted any day after 11 p.m. | ||
