The Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 36 of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 (No. 15 of 2013) and for the purpose, inter alia, of giving full effect to Commission Regulation (EU) 2020/ 687 of 17 December 20191 , in so far as that Regulation applies to avian influenza, makes the following regulations: | ||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Avian Influenza (Temporary Measures) (No.2) (Second Amendment) Regulations 2021. | ||
2. Avian Influenza (Temporary Measures) (No.2) Regulations 2021 are amended by the substitution, for the Schedule, of the matter in the Schedule to these Regulations. | ||
