Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, LEO VARADKAR, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4A(1)(a)(ii) of the Credit Guarantee (Amendment) Act 2020 (No. 5 of 2020), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Credit Guarantee Act 2012 (Extension of Guarantee Date) Order 2021. | ||
2. The 30th day of June 2022 is the appointed day for the purpose of section 4A(1)(a)(ii) of the Credit Guarantee Act 2012 . | ||
