Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, HELEN MCENTEE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2021 (No. 7 of 2021), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Procedure Act 2021 (Commencement) Order 2022. | ||
2. The 28th day of February 2022 is appointed as the day on which the Criminal Procedure Act 2021 (No. 7 of 2021) shall come into operation. | ||
