Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, CHARLIE MCCONALOGUE, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (5) of the Greyhound Racing Act 2019 (No. 15 of 2019), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Greyhound Racing Act 2019 (Sections 9 and 10) (Commencement) Order 2022. | ||
2. The 1st day of March 2022 is appointed as the day on which sections 9 and 10 of the Greyhound Racing Act 2019 (No. 15 of 2019) come into operation. | ||
